I just saw this message on the CPshop home page. I wasn't aware that this happened and am really hoping that Marty will continue to provide support for those of us that still rely on CPshop to manage our stores.

Marty, if you're reading this, thanks for giving us CPshop and helping us build great stores.

that probably explains why no response to support queries.

Thats a shame, wish I knew this before I bought it a few weeks ago! Time to move on I guess and use the domain for something else.

So what does this mean exactly? That one day CPShop will break and thats it, we're all out of luck?

If thats the case any chance we can have access to your code/source files so we can always get someone else to expand upon and fix CPShop?

I am very disappointed. I feel this is throwing us under the bus by not at least finding a successor to keep the script updated. Is there anyone else that can handle  CpShop  who has the time to keep this going -- a successor??  What are we to do with existing shops?  At least provide some alternatives. I understand you're busy, but to leave us without an alternative is unfair.  I would have been willing to pay a yearly fee. I think  most of us would have paid this fee so that we can host our own shop.  What happens to our shops now?

When i have the time I'm just getting rid of cpshop, and gonna use my domain name as a Wordpress blog, linking to my designs on Zazzle and CP.

I really wish I'd not bothered paying the money now, being a recent purchaser. But hey, at least it was cheap to buy. But the time invested is the annoying thing, I spent so much time last few weeks trying to get this up and running. And I am left with a website that doesn't work, due to those damn dissapearing sections, and no idea what the issue is!
