another filter question

I am only using one store, my premium store. I am attempting to use some of the examples in the filter area. I am trying the following:

archstore,cpfilter_name:~cap~,cpfilter_name:~hat~,cpfilter_name:~visor~,cpfilter_cost:~16.99

It is not working unless I add another store to the ID area. Then it does work. Is there a way to use the filter feature to seatch just one store?

Thanks

It's not working because archstore is a premium store ID, and has no thumbnails on it.

Try a section ID (i.e. archstore.62882), or a collection of section IDs instead.

O.K. Here is where I am.

I used the individual page I.D.s (archstore.62882,archstore.61541,archstore.62128,archstore.62513,
archstore.61645,archstore.50923,archstore.50928,archstore.50931,
archstore.51080,archstore.51687,archstore.51689,archstore.51103,
archstore.51085,archstore.52051,archstore.52679,cpfilter_name:mug)

With that I am now getting duplicates of the mug. The results show sometimes 6 or 7 of the same product.

Any help?

Great script Marty, a bargain at twice the price.

Hmm, I just tried plugging in that same store ID string, and I think I got the correct results:

http://cgi.marty.net/cgi/marty/cpshop/dev/default?storecrc=archstore

Could you either post or email me the URL of the store with the multiple results?

It was fine today and then tonight I went to check it out and the problem re-emerged.

Here is a link to one of the pages:

http://www.archaeologystore.com/cgi-bin/shop/cpshop.cgi/1557502238

If you check the main page of the site all of the "Browse by Product" links do the same thing.

http://www.archaeologystore.com/cgi-bin/shop/cpshop.cgi

Why would they be fine one moment and then not the next?

Yep, that's really bizarre.  I can't seem to duplicate it on my machine, and I can't find an obvious answer on yours.

Not that it should make a difference, but have you tried clearing your cpshop cache?    And have you tried using the Wildcard ID feature, so you don't have to keep entering that huge list of store IDs into each "browse by product" link?

Hi Marty.

I am still having this problem and it is only with my Premium shop.

I am using the script on another store and using filters with no problem but just using basic stores.

I have replaced all the files on my server in case I had screwed one up.

Here is the link to the funky results: http://www.archaeologystore.com/cgi-bin/shop/cpshop.cgi/1557502238

Could this be a premium shop thing?

Thanks,

Mark

I don't think the premium store thing has anything to do with it.  I used the exact same store ID string on another Linux server, and the results came up perfectly.

You're still the only occurrence of this problem.  I don't think I can diagnose this particular problem without actually being on the server itself.  It's just too...odd.

You are certainly welcome to FTP in and poke around if you have the time.

Let me know.
