Question about killsection

i tried to use this with the cpfilter_inherit tag, but it made no difference.  I can only get the parent section to dissapear when browsing by design, but when browsing by product, every product in the killed section still appears.

I have also tried using the killsection tag for each individual subsection, but that also does not work.

Essentially what I'm curious about is if it's possible to run a small sub store off of a premium shop.  I'm interested to see if I could have a small sub-shop for my political designs (at http://shop.kippygo.com) on a subdomain, and not include any other designs from my kippygo store, if that makes sense.

killsection only gets rid of subsections while browsing sections.  It doesn't affect product filters.

If you want to select certain sections with product filters, then you should enter those sections individually.  People tend to use the wildcard sections to that end.
