Is there anyway to use separate templates for the header, sidebar, etc like you would with a WordPress site?

I have a lot of customization ahead of me, and this would help out tremendously.

Thanks!

You can do this by creating separate HTML documents for the page sections you want, and then include them as server-side includes; or if you're writing your template in php they'd be regular php includes, which is what Wordpress is doing.

A CPShop template could probably be as simple as a single <content> tag with includes above and below it.
