Cleaner HTML

I'd like to see cleaner html. For example, in Firefox there are 91 warnings on the basic, simplest product page, including <nobr> and <spacer> which went out with the ark / are proprietary deprecated tags, CSS incorrectly placed in the middle of a td (an internal style sheet should be in the head), bordercolor etc. etc.  Is this input directly from CP? If so, that makes sense, because the CP HTML is dire beyond dire.

it works, but only through the kindness of the browsers.

I'd also like to see an option NOT to have to use tables e.g. just divs with a class and an id surrounding every relevant bit of information.

It's a great script. I'm guessing the dodgy HTML is CP stuff, because I recognise .xsmallText etc.

x2

It would be nice to have a site validate using cpshop. I was tempted to go through the code because a lot of the warnings involve syntax that I "think" I could cleanup. I guess if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
