If I want to use a different hook on every page, do I just put all the code into the one template, and all the files in the hooks folder and then the specific pages or items will read the code from the template?

So then all the hooks won't end up on the same page.

Am I getting it?

Uh...maybe.  I'm not 100% sure what you're saying.  It sounds like you might have it.

You just need one template, with a hook tag.  cpshop will figure out which hook is most appropriate for a particular page, and use it in place of that hook tag.

What I'm trying to ask is, I have a hundred pages that I want to place something unique on with the hooks, all one hundred hooks will be put into the same template, and then everything gets put on the right pages with the hook link. i.e. the product number.

So then if I have one hundred hooks in the code of my template they're not all going to end up on every page because they have the product numbers in the code. So then they will just appear by the product I want them too.

Can you use hooks in the title, kewword and description tags?

I hope that sounds clearer.
