So, with the new change, can I opt out of the CP Market Place and still have CPshop work? So that I then have only the CPshop storefront? Marty?
Thanks. I am sorry for everyone's distress over this. Kind of the sign of the times I think.

You can absolutely opt out of the marketplace if you choose.  cpshop will work just fine.

(Just note that while a bunch of people are likely to be opting out of the marketplace in the near future, it's probably going to result in less income for all of them -- traffic to the CafePress site doesn't tend to be comparison shopping buyers.)

Thanks Marty! There is much to ponder. It makes me a little sad to see the level of hostility over on the CafePress forums. I think the best plan right now is to sit tight and let the dust settle, then proceed. BTW, thanks again for that little piece of script you gave me a while back that keeps shoppers on my minianini shop even from the shopping cart. Really comes in handy now.
