I fought with those new product sizes several months ago, I forget what I finally did to get it to work although I don't use the images file and didn't us cpdig for this so it must have been a straight hack. In mine it's actually
?color=XXXXX&height=XXX&width=XXX"

Well, I have a fix for this latest issue now, but I really hate what I had to do. I have got way too many replacements going on in there.

I found what I did, it was just a straight cpshop hack like I thought, I used a regex to replace the thumbnails with 200 and the main img with 320.

This problem isn't really anything directly to do with image sizes; it's all about the new server that CP hosts its product images on, and the new naming conventions for those images.

As far as the image sizes go I think I got them fixed with custom CSS.
